A Diagram of how Greenhouse Gases become trapped in the atmosphere and influence the earth in terms of Climate Change and Infrared Radiation

What are Greenhouse Gases?Greenhouse Gases are gaseous compounds with the property to trap infrared heat and radiation with a process similar to a Greenhouse, hence, the name. They are produced as a byproduct of burning Fossil Fuels and Non-renewable resources, an essential process done world-wide. Due to the absolute necessity of burning Fossil-Fuels, Greenhouse Gases’ production has skyrocketed as technology has evolved, making the production of Greenhouse Gases grow to a hazardous amount. These gargantuan plumes of Greenhouse Gas are extruded into the atmosphere and ozone layer due to lack of a containment method for the toxic chemical, meaning that 100% of the harmful gas produced by the burning of Fossil Fuels is directly sent towards the ozone layer. As the Greenhouse gases withhold a variety of chemicals as well as Infrared radiation such as Nitrous Oxide and Carbon, they cause the ozone layer to deteriorate and destroy our global protective barrier against the sun’s radiation.
